Still amazed

I know I've said this over and over and over again but still I am amazed at how much stamina I have now.  I worked out hard for an hour this morning and still I managed to do the entire hallway of shelves.... cull out the stuff, pack it up and put it away and then dust every shelf and rearrange what is left.  And also did the ones over the sink in the kitchen.  Then vacuum up the major dust bunnies created and move onto the terrace, where to the tunes of whoever is playing now, I dead headed the geraniums and got them all watered. 

This time last year, I could clean the bathroom counter before I had to rest.  I'm tired and sweaty but my back is fine (my back was always the first to go before) and, honestly, I'm not doing more now because I don't want to not because I can't.  Big diff.

I also got my page built and did some other work organization of stuff. 

I'm watching the Mariner game which is pretty amusing.  They are playing the Angels.  The Angels need one win to clinch the title.  We beat 'em last night and it looks like we may beat them today.  They will get the title and probably with a win if not today then tomorrow against us.  But, it is sweet to make 'em keep that champagne on ice another day.  If we can't win at least we can fuck with 'em.

Good work on the work-out results. We've only been at it two weeks now, and the machines don't hurt as much.

How long ago did you start working out at the gym? Did you immediately start going every day of the week? Damn lady, I wish I could do that but even when I went to the gym, I still found it such a chore to get there.

I've missed about 5 days since mid-March. It's rarely a chore to actually get there. It's often a chore once I'm there :)
