Week 29 - cardio

kjaz's triathlons - 10 minutes on the treadmill, 10 minutes on the bike and 10 minutes on the rowing machine. It was good and it was easy. So strange how one day it's such a chore and one day it's such a breeze.
I have not seen the other old fat lady in several days. I'm worried. She doesn't do weekends but I thought for sure she'd be there today. She wasn't.
But, Lucky was. I need to take my camera and snap a shot of Lucky. Lucky is Tija and Sandy's dog. She has a bed on top of Tija's desk and from there she can see everything and she watches carefully. Or she follows Tija around the gym right on her heels. Or there is one trainer - who's name I don't know - that Lucky is crazy about. She follows no-name everywhere. I think no-name has doggie treats in her locker. Lucky's probably just a dog treat slut. But she sure is cute.
