Wild New Year's Hair

Betty is having a morning. She woke up raring to go and has been going for the past hour an a half. She spent a good 15 miutes on the bed chasing her tail while I was reading the paper. She only crashed into the paper twice and only tore one page. When I got up she started after Jake. They chased each other for a good while. Now they are on the living room floor. Jake is looking like he's going to be attacked any minute. Betty has her back to him but her tail is twitching...

I think my being home so much these past couple of weeks has confused them both. I like keeping them guessing.

Happy 2003 everybody! I just heard that today is the birthday of JD Salinger. He's 84. Wow.
