It's only 10:30 and so much done already!

I may or may not finally have my cellphone number ported from Tracfone to Virgin.  We'll see.  Probably by end of day.  I will say that with the exception of one weirdo, working with Virgin is way more satisfying and pleasant than working with Tracfone or Sprint.  If the number porting fucks up, I'll just get a new number.  I've had all of the fun I can handle on trying.

Ordered checks for my Capital One bank account.  I will never use them but if I need them I will have them.  This has been on my todo list since forever.

I've swapped emails with work people.  Everyone is way interested in how we can prevent this (corpnet access problem) from occurring in the future.  Cows out, now let's look at fixing that barn door.  But, on the up side, I did talk, on the phone, with one of my favorite people there and turns out the one guy who is making me crazy also makes her crazy so we dished on him until he was pureed.  We both felt better.

Betty is still being silly.  She did spend the night with me and snuggled and then this morning was out a little.  She needs a kitten of her own and then she'll see how silly she's being.  I put her wet food on her dish as usual last night at 5.  When I went to bed it had not been touched.  When I got up the plate was licked clean.  Silly cat.  Oh, just heard her yelling at Roomba.

I still need to clean up this whole desk area and get the wires and cables into this computer organized.  I've got all day...

Ohhh, lucky Betty will have her own kitten? I think that's a good idea. Maybe she'll even let you play with it, too. *wink*

I read an article in the "Seattle Times" recently, seems that a number of Roomba owners are so into their machines they name them and even dress them up. The point being that we humans are more than open to the possiblility of robots, in our lives. Does your "guy" have a name? :)

I read the same article in the PI this morning! No, my Roomba hs no name or fancy outfits. But I do love it.
