Meet Travis!!

This is Travis!He's about 4 months old and Betty doesn't know yet. She's hiding somewhere and did not come out when I got home. Travis is now exploring the bathroom. He was the last of his litter in the cage with his Mom. It was fun to see what he will look like when he grows up. Not so big really. Not terribly much bigger than he is now. He's hiding behind the toilet but you can see here, it didn't take much to convince him to look around.
I want to leave him alone for a bit so he can explore but I want to get back in there, too. Fortunately, I have a conference call in a minute so that will distract me.
The shelter people were great. They did not have many kittens. They had two little tiny black ones but they were really too tiny. Travis was just right and he had already been spayed and had had his shots a few weeks ago. He was ready ready ready. And doncha love the name??
And I went to the Apple store - first time I had been in one. Pretty cool and packed with people but I found the bag and bought it. The guy who works upstairs can now rest more easily.
And my number ported over to Virgin in under 2 hours!!
So far this day does not suck!!
My camera and I are going back into Travis land - reports to come!

Apple stores are usually bright and open and filled with people who are attracted to shiny objects. I don't think I've ever seen anything actually sold in one.

I do love the name! It goes so well with Betty, too -- like some famous old-school sit-com couple: Travis and Betty. The two names have a great ring together.
