Week 35 - cardio

Yesterday, I was so sore that it was pathetic.  I was pathetic.  If I had had a bedpan in the house, I would have used to so that I would no have to get up.   I hurt a lot.  Particularly my thighs.  And, I feared, based on my experience last time, today would be worse. 

But today is not worse.  The tops of my thighs are still really sore but I can get up and sit down without thoughts of slitting my wrists to end it all. 

I did 30 minutes on the treadmill at varying speeds and elevations and it felt good to work it out a little. 

On the up side, I honestly cannot tell which knee was hurt.  That is actually cracking me up.  What a cure. 

The gym was normal Monday busy.  Business has really picked up in the last few weeks. 

Shower time.

Just wanted to say that I absolutely love your entries. They never fail to crack me up, so I hope that you don't think ill of me having the occasional chuckle at your expense.

I am very glad that your knee seems back to normal! That's great news!

I had a strange question for you - were you ever able to find the original graham crackers that you like so much (the ones in the red box, I believe)? Last I remember, you could not find them there.

And you have a very freaky memory. No, I have never found reagular graham crackers (red box). All I can ever find is honey grahams and cinimon and othe weird stuff. Never regular. I need to do another hunt online. As my brother used to say when he was little 'thanks for the remembery!'

Well, the reason that I asked was because we sell them where I work, so I was going to grab a few boxes for you and send them your way! ;-)

And yes, I DO have a freaky memory....hehheheheh. ;-)

SERIOUSLY???!!! Don't you work somewhere in Seattle-ish? Can't I just come buy them whre you work?? Oh mygosh! This is amazing news!

I'd love to have some but I'd be happy to save you the bother of having to send them.

If I lived in Seattle that would be great, but alas, I currently reside in the big ATL. (and I miss Seattle and the Pacific Northwest something awful, too!)

It's no bother at all for me to send you a few boxes. I'll even make sure the expiration dates are far out for you.

Atlanta! I remember now. Why in the heck did I think Seattle? Probably cause you used to be here? I'd so love some red box graham crackers. I'd also love to send you something from here. What northwest treat can I trade?

Hmmm, I'll have to think on that one because the one thing I miss most is not shippable...(BBQ pork from a good chinese restaurant) :-)

If you could check on your tea aisle at your local store and see if they still carry licorice spice tea, I would appreciate that. I love that tea and have not been able to find it out here. Thank you! (I'll continue to think what else... :-) )
