Week 35 - cardio

30 solid minutes on the treadmill.  It was good.  And, once again, there were lots of people there.  The treadmills were full for most of my 30 minutes.  But, I did notice that the elliptical and step machines, which usually boast a fair number of folks, were empty.  Weird.  I need to ask Rosie about what's going on.

My project manager has a rush job for  me so I need to get into the shower, out and then to work.
