Wanna see the view from my treadmill?

I made a treadmill movie. I didn't narrate but if I had, I would have said... 'see my condo building?' there on the far right?



And... see that room behind the glass. there? That's where I do most of my strength training. The rest is done in the weight area that is behind me. I'll grab that next time. Oh and there's my neighbor on the rowing machine - she's the one who works out for something like 2 hours a day!

Interesting to see someone else's gym. If I remember I'll take a video of mine next week with my phone. I think there are a lot more gaps in between equipment in mine, yours looks a bit more jam packed.

Cameras are officially off limits at our exercise place. I'm not sure whether that's because they don't want anyone invading other customers' privacy or a lame attempt to protect trade secrets or whatever. If the former, I'm sure our laid-back franchise owner would be cool with it as long as we didn't point the camera at anyone else.
