Happy Dance - What a difference a day makes

I get so tickled now whenever I lay eyes on Betty or hear her bell.

My new harddrive for Tivo came in today and the instructions that came with it are, indeed, amazing. I think I can do it. And, since I can rarely stand to wait one extra minute to try out a new toy, we've probably moved the install date up to Saturday - IF I can get all the recorded programs watched.

And my new floss/toothpicks arrived. HEAVEN! It's a lifetime supply for a really young person. I now have picks to burn!!!

And if that isn't enough to make a great day, I have a new favorite word. Thanks to LJ and drood... my new favorite word is fuckchop. As in what in the hell does that fuckchop think he's doing??!!! There are a fair number of fuckchops that I have to deal with daily, I've generally refered to them as assholes but that's just not really accurate for some of them. Fuckchop is just dead on. Plus it is fun to say and it reads well. What in the world else can you ask out of a word????

Oh no... I sat among the Twinkies. The Twinkies work for a fuckchop, tho. But, his desk is upstairs.

But, the differences between Twinkies and Fuckchops deserve some thought and maybe an entry or two...

Fucktard conjures up a whole new image that is quite good but it's so hard to say clearly. It doesn't just roll off the tongue. But, it's clearly a contender.

oh ... since we were talking about discover yesterday i logged in and learned they have ninety some odd card designs now .. but, apparently, my account is only eligible for three or four of the ugliest ones.

i also learned that my rate isn't as sucky as it used to be (it's 10.1% or so ... not great, but not as sucky as 15.whatever it was before) ... and when i called about this they gave me six months at 0%.

YES!!! That meat visual is just adding perfect to perfect. It's just a wonderful word. I've used it around here today a couple of times - trying it out. It so works. I can't thank you enough. What a gift. I owe you, man.

...and if you say it really fast, someone would say "What did you say?" And you can say "when?" and they say "just now, chop something or other?" and then you can say it again really fast "fuckchop?" and they will just look at you like you did something really bad and then you say in a very bored voice "you don't read much do you?" roll your eyes and walk away.

it's that kind of word. I like it. I like it a lot.

You know, I first 'met' you back when you were having your brain scanned. At the time I just thought you were a nice, normal, Southern girl maybe sans PeterPan collar. Now that I know you better, I'm thinking that scan must have been one really scary thing to look at! Your are one warped sister.

Fuckchop is a good one. I'm particularly fond of fuckstick for some reason. Especially when I'm driving: "What da fuck are ya doin', fuckstick?!" Don't know how I came up with it. Don't even really know why I like it so much...:0 Any insult is all good by me if it's got "fuck" in it, cuz the "f" word makes it extra bad, mean, and nasty. At least to fundamentalist Xtians and the FCC.:)

Fuckstick is good. I don't like the way it reads as much as Fuckchop but it feels nearly as good on the tongue.

And you are so right.. if you start with Fuck, you really can't veer too far off the golden road of good words.
