Blame it on Travis

I am ready to get up and dressed and get started on the day but Travis is having a major attack of the snugglies. He's purring so loudly that I can hardly hear NPR. How can I leave this? Plus there's nothing that's really demanding I do anything right now.

I'm taking a gym day off. No work yet. I'm going to run the latest crop of teddy bears into the Baby Corner but they don't open until 9.

So until then, if you need me, I'm here in bed with coffee and a warm kitty, my computer and NPR. And, yes, I do fully appreciate just how very lucky I am to be able to enjoy this luxury.

Now I'm doing a doubletake on the subject line because there's a guy named Travis who's recently started coming fairly regularly to our contra dances. Like your Travis, he's quite young and rather cute.

Oh I like that! My Travis, dances pretty well if I hold him tight and do all the work. Hopefully your Travis does some of his own stunts!
