Lucky is finding out what you are missing... One of the Twinkies is getting married here sometime - February, I think. Since I'm no longer in the room with them, I am missing out on those oh-so-important details of everyday life.

Anyway, the office manager told me today that she has to go to a bridal shower for the Marrying Twinkie tomorrow night. Another of the Twinkies is hosting. This is really my idea of torture.

The thing apparently is scheduled for 6 p.m. Our offices close at 5. So Susan, the office manager, has to either go all the way home and then turn around and come back or find something between here and the shower to entertain herself with for an hour. She's not happy.

I guess you are not upset that you weren't invited. That pasta pro thing Joy bought would have been a good present...let her see if she could put the locking lid on.

Now... that wouldn't be nice! We know she couldn't manage it. I was thinking of something more along the lines of the exploding frying pan. That way she wouldn't have to have any skills to operate it.

Exploding frying pans...cool! Even if she did get the locking lid on it would probably be too much trouble to put the water in and shove the pasta thur the little holes on the lid.
