Gym Report - cardio

I am good and sweaty...  good 30 hands free treadmill minutes. 

One of the old (my age) women who always gave me a thumbs up when she saw one of my Hillary '08 shirts was there this morning sporting her own Hillary '08 which she proudly marched over to my treadmill to show me.  It was cute. 

Not really any other gym news - some new faces, some regulars.  Just a nice, ordinary gym day.

I'd still like to see her win, it saddens me how much negativity she is getting from our own side. She's a tough cookie, though, and I admire that, very much---
