Gym Report - cardio

through76 as sciatic pain) went away last night and enabled me to get a full and wonderful night's sleep. There's a shadow of the pain this morning but, happily, it does pretty much go away when I walk - so the treadmill was a fine activity. 30 good minutes with some elevation and a sprint.
I asked about the gym's physical therapist. They have one who comes in once a month and you can sign up to get a free appointment. The front desk lady said that she thought that next week was the physical therapist's week. I'll be on the lookout. All of the websites about sciatic pain say exercise is good - I need find out what kind is best. I want this to go away and stay away. For.Ev.Er.
