Gym Report - cardio
Mar. 14th, 2008 08:33 am30 good treadmill minutes with two sprints and I managed to walk backwards with no hands for 1 minutes (at the 1.0 speed). That backwards thing is good balance exercise. I worry about my balance. I do not want to be the "I've fallen and I can't get up" lady.
There was a lot going on at the gym this morning. I guess everyone was pumping up for the weekend.
