Gym Report - Rosie

Another wonderful Rosie session.  She is just so good.  This new program is more difficult and more exhausting but just outside my grasp - just far enough out that I know with practice I can get there. 

The gym was full of people neither of us had ever seen before.  Weird.  But there were some regulars, too. 

It will be very difficult to get to the gym by car tomorrow so I'm thinking it will be my neighbors and me - at least in the morning.

Shower time and then I'm thinking omlette...

I'm so pleased you enjoy your workouts as much as I do! :-) People sometimes tell me how good I am to get to the gym so often but actually it's harder for me to miss a session than it is to turn up and get on with it. Strange because in my early days I never really enjoyed exercise all that much.

It is amazing that after 57 years of no exercise and most of those spent studiously avoiding exercise, I now really do enjoy it but I do. I like the results but I really like the actual doing. It is amazing.
