30 good minutes on the treadmill ...  That how they make that thing was on the Discovery channel and I saw how they make dress forms and how they make some kind of thing that goes into a boat or car and... so very appropriately... how they make donuts - both cake and yeast.



Here's me treadmilling! Clearly I'm not stressing the treadmill since the picture isn't even that blurry! That woman in front of my is my neighbor - she has a pug so I call her pug lady. She's very nice - lives on the 5th floor.

Shower time.

Tell PiLL to come right over here (and leave you there)... I love those shows! My TiVo has a stash of the ones on the Discovery Channel and another stash of those from Canada on the History Channel. And, yet, I'm still clueless about licorice.
