Gym Report - cardio lite
Apr. 4th, 2008 08:53 amI did a very solid, but very easy 30 minutes on the treadmill. I did the whole thing at 3.0 and then did 2 minutes of cool down, walking backwards at 1.4. I still managed to get good and sweaty.
I noticed the punching ball was still on Tija's desk this morning - must have been a real knock out punch.
We have a new person who's coming in fairly regularly. He's a giant of a guy who changes into workout clothes after he gets there. When he comes in he always has on a new cap (sometimes with a large tag still attached) and matching shirt and giant sized jeans that stop at mid shin. They are so big that he has to hold them up with one hand at all times. He walks like women do when wearing long dresses and stepping up a step - lifting the fabric at the thigh level. Then he changes into very nice looking long sweat pants and a nice looking very large tee shirt. He puts a small towel on his head - just lays it there and gets on the treadmill.
Gym theater. Ya gotta love it.
