susandennisIn the shower I remembered I wanted to go to a particular Trader Joe's. The one I stopped at last week does not have Just Beef and I wanted Just Beef. The one I know that has it is near IHOP so why not go there for breakfast? I've been very good about not eating out at all - not even lunch so $12 for breakfast will be fine. The $12 was fine but the breakfast, not so much. Didn't I say the last time that I didn't need to go there any more? At least not that one.
Then pulling out of the Trader Joe's parking (which is a garage above the store), I hit a pillar and hit is pretty good. Fuck. I drove on home and looked when I got home and sure enough I whacked the hood right into th nose and now I can't get the hood open. Crap. The car is not pristine. It's actually kissed many a parking garage pillar but it's functional. Only if you can't get the trunk open, that's not so functional, I don't think.
It's time for an oil change anyway, so I call my oil check/repair place. They are patient and kind but this could stretch it. I asked for an appointment for an oil change. He asked if I could come in today and I figured putting it off wasn't going to do any good. So I said ok. In an hour.
Just when I want to tighten my belt, money wise... Murphy can just fuck me.
