At Trader Joe's, I picked up a bottle of Island Syaki ("a unique teriyaki sauce and marinade for meat, poultry, fish, tofu and vegetables"). In a large frying pan with the heat set to medium, I not quite covered the bottom of the pan with the stuff and then added mushrooms, chopped green onions, broccoli slaw (not a lot - it is a vegetable after all) and some of the Just Beef. I cooked it all for a while and then plopped it over some fresh white rice.
Yuminicity to the max. Seriously. With enough left over for tomorrow. I'm very delighted with my invention.
I'd be happier if the Mariners would quick fucking up. But I'm thinking I'd better learn to live with that.
