Gym Report

35 minutes on the treadmill.  It was really odd.  I got onto the treadmill and got going and after about 3 minutes, Nathan came and turned the two TVs I could see to basketball.  Bleech.  So I stopped and moved to another treadmill that had the food channel on.  And started from the beginning.  I was listening to This American Life and watching Bobby Flay make some kind of something and the next thing I knew I had 30 seconds left!!  Wow.  By this time there was someone else on and she was doing sautee to a bunch of cole slaw and I wanted to see what she was going to do with it so I did my full two minute cool down going forward.

Wild.  Usually it is such a struggle to make it the whole 30 minutes.

Shower time.  Travis has not been back on shower watch since The Incident.  But Roomba's working so he's on prowl now and might figure it's the lesser of two evils.
