susandennis30 solid treadmill minutes with one very good sprint. And I remembered to turn on the fan so it could blow on me the entire time. Usually I forget to turn on the fan until I am about halfway done and I hate to stop and do it.
The usual crowd was in attendance today.
And I remembered to turn Roomba on before I left. Progress.
