Planning ahead...

Tomorrow they will be blocking off the streets around here for this motor cross thing so my window of opportunity for errands is today.

I need to mail a package, hit Trader Joe's, hit Safeway, get gas. I can maybe slide by the gas thing and walk the package to the p.o. this aft. But, the litter box ain't going to fill itself with new litter and the dishwasher wants soap.

So... off I go.

My first apartment in Seattle was just a few blocks from the Seattle Center, and only had street parking. I hated to leave my place on days when they had big events, because I'd never got my spot back! Oh, memories! :)

Oh wow. At least I do have a parking space and, if I'm willing to fight the mayhem, I have a special sticker that will allow me to get in and out.
