Lunch break

susandennisI'm eating the loudest food I can find (kettle potato chips) for lunch in hopes that it will wake me up. It seems to be working a little.

I'm waiting on Roomba's new brains and wheel. The support ticket said the package was coming via UPS in 70-10 business days. [edited later - their email actually said 7-10 days... :)] That was on the 7th. I've forgotten how to wait for stuff when you don't have a tracking number.
I do remember the olden days when you called an 800 number and answered a million questions, gave away your credit card number and then waited '4 to 6 weeks'. And you could not see your credit card info on line so you spent 4-6 weeks just wondering if it was happening.
I do not miss the olden days.

The sun is out today but this time of year it does not hit my living room until after 6 am so I was up in time to close the blinds and save myself. Now the sun is mercifully overhead and my living room is safe. I think I'll open up the front door for a while and see if I can generate a little breeze.
Back to work for me.
