So, one of the Twinkies just brought her laptop over for Kenny to fix. He asked her very kindly if she would write down her password for him. I heard her say 'sure' and then when she was done writing she said...

"It's all one word."

Her other passwords were sentences????

I had a student once who logged in to a work station to show me a demo. Her password was clearly a sentence; it must have been over 40 characters long. She was a touch typist (as am I), so she was able to fit them all in quite quickly. Actually, given the vetting for passwords we had there at the university, you really had to come up with creative passwords. A full sentence, complete with capitalization, including some nummber as a figure, is as good a way as any to have a valid, memorable password.
