Gym Report - cardio
Jun. 26th, 2008 08:29 am30 minutes with some heavy duty (for me) elevation. I went up to 4 and stayed there for several minutes and then went down by 5's. Rosie was there and stopped by for a chat and pointed out that I would do good to work on my distance. Shorter strides? Baby steps? I've never paid attention to distance.
Thursdays are usually exercise days but I hate this current program so I blew them off. I don't want to get treadmill bored so I need to not do that so often.
