Gym Report - bye bye Rosie

We had a good session.  This time was a very good program.  So much better than the last one.  But, at the end... Rosie told me it was our next to last session.  She is going home to the Philippines at the end of the month to check on her elderly mother who has not been doing great.  She is just going to go down there and stay as long as she needs to.

I asked her if who could take on the susandennis challenge and she said Nadia.  Nadia is the cutest thing in the world and so so so nice and very friendly and really fun.  She just got her trainer stripes and is exactly who I would have picked if I had to make the decision.  Rosie said she would even try to see if Nadia to come to our next session.  Maybe I can even talk Nadia into 9 am instead of 10. 

It will all be fine, I'm sure.  Now I have to shower and do a bit of work work that just came in.
