Gym Report - exercise

susandennisMuch better today than last week.
One of the exercises is crunches over the big ball. I really did not like them much until Saturday when she threw in this pilate ring that goes between my knees. A fancy, probably way more expensive, Thigh Master!!! Now I can crunch like a madman! 25 in a row! I feel so blonde!
Someone mercifully found and hit the scorch off switch. It is still way too hot for susandennis but it is probably right on target for those who crave warm weather. At least we have clouds. And after my shower, I'm going to open the door to the terrace and the door to the hallway and see if I can get them to do a joint blow job.
