• 08:42 i was wrong - M's winning streak is only 2 - sigh - i guess i got carried away in the excitement of not losing.
• 08:43 but i was right - the cats no like thunder - loud clap at 3 am resulted in claw take off marks all over me - ouch!
• 11:14 huuuuuumid - did someone move me to eastern Georgia and forget to tell me? the cats are sweatting.

Morse and Shelly were not exactly fans of the thunder storms either. They ran under the bed or a sofa or something everytime they heard a thunderclap. I felt bad for them, but I completely understand, because I am not too comfortable with that kind of weather myself. That is probably why I actually remember that August day in 1999, which has been mentioned today as the last time the Puget Sound area saw such a bad thunder-event.
