Gym Report - cardio

I did 20 faster than normal minutes with some elevation on the treadmill and then I did 5 minutes of rowing and 5 minutes on the bike (the lounge chair bike). The classroom was full again. I need to rethink my schedule. But now I need to get a fast shower and get to work.
