Gym Report - exercise

It's Thursday and the classroom is all mine.  I had been looking forward to it but I should have planned better.  I knew I wasn't going to do Rosie's latest program because I did not like it and couldn't do a lot of it.  I should have spent some time designing my own before I got there.  I have a notebook I've kept of all of Rosie's programs.  I can go through it and pick out the good stuff and make my own.  I wish I had done it before this morning. 

I picked and chose on the fly and ended up not doing a whole lot.  And...  for the second time in a month, I forgot my keys.   This time it was too early to call Ann (they are retired and it wasn't yet 8 - no way am I waking them up!) and it was cool enough so I just stood at the front door in front of the camera figuring that someone would be going to work soon.  No one was BUT...  Scott saw me on the TV in his office and came and go me.

Nice. 

And I must mention that the sun is behind the clouds this morning and it is mercifully cool out.  I have the door open and there is almost a breeze.  It is heaven.

With all the work you've been doing, I doubt you would have found the time to make up a new program.

A breeze? Lucky you! It's already 88F here in NYC and it isn't even noon yet.
