I'm quite jazzed that it actually worked!

First, make sure your LJ is set up for email. (http://www.livejournal.com/support/faqbrowse.bml?faqid=187&q=email&lang=)

Then go to LoudTwitter and set up for email. Make sure you add the LoudTwitter email address to your LJ approved addresses.
