Gym Report - cardio

susandennis30 minutes on the treadmill - today's action was 'Rolling'. Nice.
The only other people in the gym were the Sunday regulars:
Nathan at the front desk.
Gym Queen who was not as annoying today as usual.
Pigtail girl (she does fast elliptical and has two pigtails which fly up and down just as fast)
Dave (of Dave and Jim until Jim left)
And... old guy.
Oh but old guy has the news. Rosie says he's in his 70's. He has gray hair down to his mid back and a gay beard down to his waste. He spends 1 hour on the bicycle and 30 minutes on the stair machine and does both at a fast clip. He has a plastic bag with is stuff in it and until today that 'stuff' has been a very large audio CD player. But today he whipped out a fancy new turquoise iPod!
Shower time.

Date: 2008-08-03 05:10 pm (UTC)There is some machine that looks like a cross between a ski machine and an elliptical. There was a gal on it the other night going VERY fast. All I could think was "bunny on crack". :)
