Gym Report - exercise

susandennisI know today is going to be a slower than slow workday so I deliberately went into the gym way later than usual in order to be sure I had it to myself and I pretty nearly did. I did all of my program carefully. It was good and I am dripping.
I did remember, as I left the gym that even as hot as it is here today, I did not get that oven feeling that I had so many times last Summer. I haven't gotten it yet this year! When I stepped out today it was not refreshingly cool but it was not bake your butt hot either. thankyoujesus.
After today we are supposed to have a few days of relative cool. I think, at least so far this Summer, I've gotten off easy. I'm grateful.
