Gym Report - cardio

susandennisYesterday, I noticed that at 9 am, all of the treadmills were baking in the sun. I remembered and got my giant ass over there this morning by 7:30. Saved. Whew. I did one of the elevation programs again. I love that I found those. It is mindless and breaks up the monotony.
Not a lot of gym news lately. I did find out yesterday from Tija that several of my neighbors who I used to see in there regularly have been gone for the Summer. I wish these people would check in with me before they go. Geesh. And I had poop to trade cause Tija did not know about Ann's new knee and wondered where she and Ron had been. (Sadly, Ron goes every day on Front Door TV Network - I see him, but he's so invisible that Tija never sees him.)
So building/gym gossip is all caught up. And now it's time for a shower.
