The new quiches are way better! Here's the new What I did...
4 eggs
1.5 cups milk
1.5 cups Bisquick (here's a homemade Bisquick recipe for those who can't get)
a handful of chopped up prosciutto
a handful and a half of shredded mozzarella
a handful and a half of shredded cheddar
6 or 7 shakes of cayenne pepper
greased muffin tin (or in my case silicone - which I barely get into the oven without spilling)
375 degrees for 30
Last week what I did was pull a couple out of the fridge and pop them into the toaster oven at 200 degrees. Then I took my shower and got dressed and they were perfectly heated by the time I got back.

Finally... Tekzilla is on TiVo. I've been downloading the podcast to my computer and then automagically sending it to TiVo but now I can get Patrick Norton and Veronica Belmont and their tech info directly. In other Tech TV news - CBS has bought CNET. I'd love for Molly Wood to do a tech show on CBS. I so miss The Screensavers.
