Gym Report - exercise

susandennisOk, who let my music player's battery run down without telling me so I could charge it back up????? That's so not cool, dude.
Quiet exercise today. The only people in the whole joint were Nathan and Tija and Tija's dog, Lucky and me. So very quiet. I did my stuff. I did remember to note the routines from the previous week but that kind of worked against itself as I was able to justify skipping the ones I don't like so much. Probably I should not do that.
And... note to self, next time Nadia has to miss a session, let's not just skip it and go a month without. Let's just move up a week so there are only 3 weeks without. My discipline gene is missing these days.
