Gym Report - cardio

susandennis30 minutes - spikey intervals. Easier than Friday which was easier than Wednesday. Wouldn't it be cool to know what makes an easy day and what makes a hard one so I could make them all easy???
Poor Nathan. When I walked in he looked like his wife had left him and his dog had eaten his homework and the police had confiscated his stash. I asked him what was wrong and he said 'my family ran up my cable bill - $600! I ain't got $600 and neither do they.' Poor guy. I live in such a bubble. My cable bill went up to $80 last month and I called and they removed the $20 service call. I'm not entirely sure I would even know how to run it up to $600 in one month.
The gym was kind of packed again this morning. Very strange.
Also strange is the stupid weather. They promised clouds and rain today. When I first got up it was cloudy but now the damn sun is out there just baking up a storm. Labor Day (when the weather always takes the good turn around here) can't come soon enough for me.
