There is one routine that involves the bosu and a forward lunge and a weight that I have been struggling to get right.  Last Saturday, I had it right with one foot and today the other clicked in.  Nice.

But, still, this extended time with no trainer has been very good.  Nadia is even more expensive than Rosie.  $48 for a one hour session if you pay for 16 sessions in advance.  It's enough to make me stop and think.  Our deal is every other Saturday.  But, she was out of town last Saturday so we decided to skip it.  This means four weeks on my own.  Not a good plan, as it turns out.  Next time, we'll just slide a week instead of skipping it.  AND, now I know that the expense is worth it.  I don't have the skills or the motivation to do it on my own.

I'm very glad I have Nadia.

Wow, if $48 for an hour is expensive, we're really paying through the nose on this side of the lake. We recently paid $51 per 45-minute session buying 56 sessions in advance. My trainer usually includes supervised stretching off the clock, but still, it seems we could stand to haggle some next time we buy more sessions. We even shopped around, and the place we're at was in the middle of the price range, not at the top.
