I was in bed listening to my book while playing a computer game when the doorbell rang... and then a knock. I hopped up to answer the door and it was the two nice bouncers who live down the hall...

"Your cat got left on the wrong side of the door and we thought you might not realized it."

Yup. There was Travis and he was not interested in coming inside! It was pretty funny. Finally I rodeo'd him in and thanked the guys profusely. Now he is snuggled up next to me like that's going to win forgiveness.

Yeah, it will. Even the night that Target got out of the townhouse and I was tear-assing through the "woods" behind the house while Snoopy was calling him through the front screen and I returned to find him at the front screen going, "Dude, let me IN!" - he was forgiven as soon as it was bedtime and he was extra cuddly.

I think he was just before figuring out a way to push the elevator button... Maybe I should get him an LJ so we can track his adventures!
