Gym Report - cardio

I really really really did not want to go to the gym today but I did and once I got there, I really really really did not want to do anything!  The sun is out bright and hot and I just was not into it.

So, I promised myself that I could take tomorrow off if I wanted to and trudged on through 30 very unenthusiastic minutes on the treadmill.  Blah.

Now I am into the shower.
