Gym Report - cardio

30 minutes on the treadmill various elevations.  Nathan was late this morning.  2 of us hung out on the steps waiting and another just waited in his car.  It was wonderfully cool so not a big deal and he was only 10 minutes late.  It always amuses me when he is late on Sundays.  I can see him and he can see us waiting from 2 and a half blocks away and yet he never gets in a hurry or even seems apologetic for being late.  Nathan is Nathan.  Plus there's nothing we can do without him!

There was a nice crowd building by the time I left.  There are about 53 We Will Be Closed For Labor Day signs all over the joint.  Guess it was the pre-holiday rush.  Mondays are my day off anyway so I'm cool with closing this time.
