Sooooo quiet

susandennisIt is finally cool enough in here today for me to give my beloved A/C a rest. My air conditioner is very quiet but, not as quiet as when it is turned off. Wow. Travis is a little freaked. He's investigating everything.
There is nothing going on at either stadium so the whole neighborhood is quiet. There should be an Amtrak train coming through soon and I'll be able to hear the announcer with detail. Love it.
Last night I even slept under a blanket - a very light weight one but still. It was heaven.

machupicchu at 5:55 at the theater which is in the middle of town. I'm going to bus it but I might just leave early and wander around some downtown. Maybe catch a bite to eat.
Three day weekends are such a treat even when you work at home at a job you love and you don't even work that hard!
