Gym Report - cardio

susandennisNice gym day. It's wonderfully cool out and a little misty. Inside the gym, the action was about normal for a Friday.
The other old woman - the one who never smiles and rarely even smiles back - actually said hi to me with a smile without my greeting her first!! I'm pretty sure she's a Starbucks employee so she'll be gone by January (the gym is in a building which right now is only Starbucks offices but they are moving all their employees down the road).
Tomorrow is Nadia and I'm looking forward to it.
Work waits but first a shower.
