30 minutes - spikey intervals - NO hands!!  But, I did have the speed down to 2.5.  And, my heart rate didn't go up much at all.  So, in addition to elevations, we need speed AND no hands.  Geesh.  Oh well, something to work on.  I'll ratchet up the speed next time - maybe a little more each time so I won't notice.

I am good and sweaty and that much mean I did something right.
