• 10:20 new neighbors moving in. so far very underwhelmed by their furniture. especially the largest ugliest cat condo i have ever seen.
• 11:23 my financial advisor told me weeks ago that this would all get worse before it got better. i usually like it when he's right. arugh

• 14:05 just went down to get the mail. when i come back my two cats are in the hallway playing with two neighbor cats. partay! who's got the nip?

I run my computer with the sound off. On the rare occasions when I want to hear what it's saying, I turn the sound on. For as short a time as possible.

That would be the way to go if you were not addicted to all of the various audible queue's that I am. Plus, if I turned the sound off, I'd never hear the Big Ben bongs at the top of every hour.
