Gym Report - Exercise
Oct. 11th, 2008 09:01 amGood day. I did get through everything but there is one that is just not working for me. She wants me to stand on the bosu with a 6 pound ball and reach over my head to the side and then bring the ball down to my knees on the other side. No can do. Then she brought out those rubbery discs and had me try on those. still no good. Finally, she gave me the foam blocks. That, I can do. And I do. But today I tried the discs again. Still nope. I can stand on them and even wiggle. I can raise the ball up and then lower it. But once I twist to the side, my feet say 'no thank you' and bounce right off. Oh well.
mtgirl and I are starting an I Suck At Lunges club... Don't tell her but I did them pretty well today. I don't want to get drummed out of the club.
Not a whole lot of people there today but one new guy. I knew he was a new guy because he did not know how to get in on a Saturday (you have to ring the buzzer).
