Gym Report - Nadia

Whew.  I think she over shot my breathing abilities.  Big time.  About 2 sets in, she had me doing these bosu lunges that just wiped out any ability I had to breathe.  I think my smart move from here on out is to work on arm muscles so I'll be able to carry around my oxygen tank.  40 years of smoking was not in vein.  Whew.

It was a good session but kind of a weird one.  I was a couple of minutes late. Nadia was 5 minutes late.  They gym was kind of buy and not with the good people.  The Gym Queen who uses two machines to holder her stuff while she works on the middle one was there and she was trying to get Nathan to call the police on another woman who was there.  Gym Queen told him 'I work with the mentally ill and she is not right.'  The woman was giggling while she lifted her weights and did her things.  She looked and acted no more 'not right' than anyone else.  I left before I did any serious damage to Gym Queen.

Now I am hot and sweaty but breathing again.  Shower time.

Bleeeeh. Gym Queen needs to grow up. Being "not right" or mentally ill isn't illegal anyway and no reason to call the cops. Sheesh.
