Great photo. Two things cats like: a warm fire and a scratcher toy. We have that toy for our cats and they love it. Also, Buddy Love has a small mat made of the scratching material on that thing and he acts like a baby with a security blanket! Uses it as intended, lies on it, puts toys on it and sleeps with his arms and legs around it.
Betty and Travis use this one once in a while but love love a scratching post I have hidden back in the fish room. It is so shredded that it must be hidden but they love that thing and will not love another...
