I spent my newspaper reading time this morning with a heavy dose of analysis. And an eye on the Seattle Times web site and learned two things...

1.  There are very specific areas/stories that I read thoroughly and most of the rest I skim or have heard/read elsewhere.
2.  The Seattle Times web site is one of the worst websites I have ever tried to find shit on.  There is one daily column on the inside front page that I read every day.  I finally found it on their website but only by a key word search on the first article.  That ain't going to cut it on a daily basis.  I sent an email asking them how to navigate to it.  We'll see if/what they say...

I organized my Google Reader feeds so that I think maybe I can do this.  I've gathered a couple of good news widgets for my iGoogle page.  I think I'm going to give it about another week and then, if all goes well, I'll dump the daily and keep the Sunday paper as a trial.

I got an email yesterday from the FuckWad at Wachovia acknowledging that he understands my instructions and will follow them.  However, according to the Wachovia website, apparently his understanding of 'understand' and my understanding of 'understand' are vastly different.  The cash is still sitting there.  This guy is really working my last nerve.  I think I'm going to send the Wachovia webmaster a suggestion.  They should add a 'stab your broker' button.

I'm feeling quite chipper and optimistic today.  It's like my cranky pants must be in the wash.  Maybe I took them to Gooodwill!  Speaking of which, I need to go through the closet again.  I have a small pile o' stuff already in the car, I need to add to it and get it over there.
