non-gym report - walkin' in the rain...

It wasn't cold out but it was sure wet.  I am soaked to the bone.  But it was good.  I walked up to Krispy Kreme (didn't go in) and back - right at 2 miles.  It took me about 45 mins.  I had to stop about midway and fix my audio player cause it skipped an important part in the book but that was only a couple of minutes.

Over all good outing.  But one that really points out the advantage of the gym's roof and treadmill!
